Once you proceed to checkout and fill in your mailing address, the system will automatically update your total to reflect the precise shipping amount. This way, you’ll always see the final figure before you commit to the order.
Our Handling Time
Before your package begins its journey, we need a little time to prepare it. Our processing period is 3-7 Days. During this phase, we prioritize getting your order ready for dispatch as soon as payment is confirmed.
Delivery Speed & Options
Once we hand your package over to the carrier, the transit time is typically 14~30 Days. We offer two straightforward shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Free Shipping. The fee structure is simple: orders with a total over $59.00 qualify for Free Shipping. For orders with a total between $0 and $58.99, a flat rate of $9.9 applies. While your package is in transit, please keep in mind that the estimated delivery window can be influenced by public holidays, the destination country, severe weather, and the operational pace of international couriers.
When Your Package Arrives
We deliver to destinations around the world. Your order can be sent to a standard street address, a PO Box, or a Military APO/FPO address. However, a single order can only travel to one destination. If you need items sent to different addresses, you’ll need to place a separate order for each location.
For international shipments originating from the US, your package is sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means we do not collect VAT or other taxes at the point of sale. Any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the person receiving the package. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you’d like to learn more about potential charges before your order arrives.
Changing Your Mind
If you have a change of heart, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped and you’re within the cancellation window specified on our website. Simply make sure to request the cancellation before the delivery time has been reached.
