Shipping & Delivery

Getting your order to you involves a clear set of responsibilities on both sides. Here’s a breakdown of what US Veteran Gears commits to handling, and what falls under your purview as the customer.

What US Veteran Gears Handles

We prioritize moving your order to delivery as quickly as possible after payment is received. Once your package leaves our warehouse, a shipping confirmation containing your tracking details is sent to your email. This allows you to monitor the shipment’s progress.
The cost to ship your order is calculated based on the total weight of the package and where it’s being delivered. Be aware that during peak periods, such as holidays and major sale events, the time needed to process orders may be longer than usual.
Regarding the transaction itself, while you’ll browse and see prices in your local currency, the final payment at checkout is processed in USD. This is securely handled through either Paypal or Stripe.

What You Need to Handle

For international orders, you are the party responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees that are applied when the parcel enters your country. These charges are set by your destination country’s customs office, not by us, and payment is required from the recipient.
Your role in tracking the shipment is critical. You are solely responsible for following the tracking information and submitting any required documents or notifications to the courier or customs authority. If a package is returned to us or marked as undeliverable because you did not complete these steps, we are unable to issue a refund or provide a free replacement. In such a case, you would need to place a new order.
Customs procedures can also introduce delays. A local customs office may require extra documentation and time to clear your package, which can push back the estimated delivery date. It is your responsibility to check your local postal regulations for any restricted items before ordering. US Veteran Gears cannot be held liable for items that are refused entry into your country.
When the package arrives locally, delivery will be handled by either your local post office or a courier service. If no one is available to receive it, a notice card is typically left with instructions for collection.

Important Financial Information

There are a couple of financial points to keep in mind, particularly for non-USD transactions. If the account linked to your credit card uses a currency other than US Dollars, your bank may apply a different exchange rate than what you saw on our site. They may also charge a separate foreign transaction fee. These fees and rates are entirely determined by your bank’s policies, and US Veteran Gears is not responsible for them. For a full explanation, you should contact your bank directly.

Order Changes and Cancellations

It is important to review your order carefully before submitting it, as we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has entered our system. We process orders very quickly, and any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled. If you realize an error immediately, contact us right away, but understand that a change is only possible if the warehouse has not yet begun processing your shipment.
All international financial charges, including customs fees, duties, taxes, and bank-imposed foreign transaction fees, are your responsibility. Please direct any questions about these charges to your local customs office or your bank.
